About SHOA | Saddle Ridge Homeowners' Association

Saddle Ridge Homeowners Association (SHOA) is located in Pleasant Hill, California. We are managed by a volunteer board. Our relatively low association dues are used to maintain the approximately 10 acres of common area that surround the development and other minor costs associated with managing the association.
