If you are selling or refinancing your home, your lender is likely to request association management documents or have a lender questionnaire. Requests can be forwarded to the President, Mike Moore.  If you know this request is coming, please notify the President in advance so we can be on the lookout for it.

Safety on our trails and in the open spaces has become a concern. There have been various incidents involving pets.  There is a booklet on the Contra Costa Animal Services website that addresses the wildlife in our area. It’s called “Wildlife in Your Backyard”.
